Terms and Conditions

Alexia’s Tours is a tour and safari company based in Kenya. This agreement is entered into between Alexia’s Tours (the "Company") and the Client.

By making a booking, the Client is presumed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Reservation

Official Communication: All bookings must be submitted in writing to booking@alexiastours.co.ke.
Accuracy: Names, nationalities, and dates of birth must match official passports exactly.
Agent Status: Alexia’s Tours acts as an operator and agent, arranging services provided by third-party institutions (hotels, lodges, etc.).

2. Payment Terms

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required at the time of confirmation.

Final Balance

Full payment must be settled at least 30 days prior to commencement.

Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or internet transfer in USD ($).

3. Pricing and Adjustments

The Company reserves the right to adjust prices up to 30 days before departure due to tax changes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations. If we must cancel, a full refund or an alternative will be offered.

5. Mandatory Travel Insurance

All Clients are required to hold comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation.

6. Liability and Safety

Activities such as wildlife interactions, mountain climbing, and safaris carry inherent risks. By participating, the Client accepts all associated risks. Alexia’s Tours is not liable for incidents arising from these activities or third-party shortcomings.

7. Conduct and Privacy

Clients must comply with guide instructions and local laws. Damage caused by the Client is their financial responsibility. We value your privacy; you may opt out of marketing at any time.
